Do you offer online consultations?
Yes. A substantial amount of work is handled online via virtual platforms, with support available nationwide.
Do you assist face-to-face?
Yes, by appointment within 50 km. No travel costs are levied within this radius. Travel beyond 50 km is charged at R6.20 per km.
What are your consultation rates?
Consultations, counselling and mediation sessions are billed at R620 per hour.
Do you handle disciplinary and incapacity hearings?
Yes. Hearings are R2 300 for the first 4 hours, thereafter R620 per hour. A written outcome is included.
Can you assist with retrenchment (Section 189) processes?
Yes. Full process packages are available based on employee count, excluding consultations and travelling. Retrenchment consultations are R550 per hour.
Do you offer telephone or email advice?
Yes. Telephonic and email advice is charged at R85 per call or email.
Do you offer monthly retainers?
Yes. Monthly retainers can be negotiated depending on your needs and expected volume.
